Technical service, sand analysis and customer training are Essentials of our company in the delivery of materials.

Before supply of suitable material, the foundry is examined, its staff are trained about sand system tests and necessary test procedures are established together and target parameters are specified for  the sand system on the basis of moulding line  and parts to be casted in the foundry.

While monitoring moulding sand system, in order to maintain moulding sand within the specified parameters, samples are taken regularly, analysed by our laboratory in Çankırı and a periodical report is sent to technical staff of the foundry.

Technical service is a free of charge service that we offer to every foundry whether they use our products or not.
